The Twisted Fated Love

Finally Free of Her

                                                                            -11 Years Later-

    Today is finally the day I can get rid of the horrid girl. These past 11 years she has done nothing but bother me. A few points in time she has tried to kiss me and last night she tried to have s*x with me. I will give her credit though. She has been persistent the entire time, never giving up once. I walk into the dining room to see all of my favorite foods laid out on the table. My mom walks out the kitchen with ice dragon juice which only she would know I like. I take my usual seat at the table.

    “Happy Birthday hunny.” she says then kisses me on my forehead. “Thank you mom. Where is dad at?” I ask. “ He’s in his study talking to Ylisa’s dad. You're telling them your answer today. They are making little preparations for both answers.” she finishes saying as my brother enters. “ Happy Birthday female warrior.” he chuckles as he says it. That’s our inside joke. Yes there are female warriors but our parents refuse to let me be one of them. They say I would get hurt and it's not worth losing their only daughter. But I guess it's worth their only son.

    It's only like this because he doesn't want to take the throne after dad and I do so I can't be harmed in any way, shape, or form before I am crowned. A few minutes later dad and Ylisa’s dad Blue walk in. They both walk in and wish me a happy birthday and we eat. After breakfast my dad tells me to come to his office. When I get there  Blue and Ylisa are already there. He tells me to take a seat and we proceed to talk.

    “So do you know what your decision is, my child?”

    “I don’t want her. I will find a new person to be my queen.”

    “What is wrong with my daughter?”

    “No offense sir but you daughter is so annoying. All she does is talk. She wants to only talk about her even when I'm trying to talk to her about something. She will talk over me and ignore me. She cares for nothing but herself and money. If i was to marry her it would all be a lie because I don’t love her. I want to marry for love and love only. So forgive me while I decline your daughter's hand in marriage.”

    Everyone is looking at me now. My dad is looking at me slightly amused, Blue is looking at me with so much anger and Ylisa has yet to meet my eyes. When she finally looks at me she has tears streaming down her face. She is looking at me like I just killed her mother. We all sit in silence for another 10 minutes. Ylisa is the first to speak and what she says took me a little by surprise, because I would have never expected her to say that.

    “I f*****g HATE YOU. I HAVE TRIED TO LOVE YOU AND YOU WOULDN’T TAKE IT. I THOUGHT WE WERE ACTUALLY MAKING PROGRESS. If you really didn't like me why did you keep me around you could have told me to leave so much earlier.” 

    “I did tell you to leave. You just never listened. You choose to say. Kept saying if I didn’t fall in love with you I would fall in love with your body. That either way I was gonna end up marrying your ass. So since you didn’t get it then let me say it again so you will get it now. I don't love you or your body. I don't want you nor do I want this marriage. Im sorry but you are going to have to find someone else to marry.”

    I looked at her as she processed what I just said to her. Her dad says “You are one ungrateful little…” he was cut off by my father saying “Disrespect my daughter and that will be the last thing you do. It's not her fault your daughter is annoying.”. At that point Blue got his daughter and left the room. Once they left my dad said this “I’m so glad you're not marrying her. Because I agree with you on everything you said.”  and with that he left the room.

    I left the room too after a few minutes. An hour later I heard a knock on my door. I was silently wishing it wasn't Ylisa. Much to my dismay it was her. “I just came to tell you that i'm leaving. This is your last chance to change your mind.” she says. I look at her puzzled and say “I am not going to change my mind sorry. But if you want I can walk you out.”. She looks at me and shakes her head then walks away. 

    I walk into the dining room for dinner. I looked at everyone's faces and they all looked happy. I could tell they were happy I didn't want that girl as my bride. Dinner was quiet but it was a good type of quiet. After dinner my brother asked me where I wanted to go for my birthday trip. It's something our parents do for us every year on our birthdays. We can go anywhere in the universe and they will arrange it all and pay for it. If you want the rest of the family to come they can if you don’t that’s also fine. 

    I looked at my brother a minute before I answered. I have been everywhere except one place. Otros of the sun planet. So that is where I planned on going but I’m not telling my brother that. I go into my dad's study and tell him where I wanna go. I walk in and he's busy. “ Got a minute?” I ask. He looks up from his computer and says he does. “For my birthday trip I wanna go to Otros.” he looks at me confused for a minute then says “Okay i'll make the arrangements.”

    The next day he said that he planned for me to stay there a week and that I would leave today. An hour later I was already on the ship that was gonna blast me there. I was there in 30 minutes. I got off and the men my dad sent with me were taking my bags to my room. I decided this was my time to go explore. I walk to this beautiful garden and that is where I see the most beautiful creature I have ever seen in my life. She has beautiful light yellow hair, a small but curvy frame and the sweetest and angelic voice ever. When she turned to look at me I saw she had beautiful golden eyes. Once I stopped analyzing her I saw she was doing the same to me. Once we locked eyes it was magical and I felt something I have never felt for any woman in my life and it looked like she was feeling it too.
