tune jo kiya wo koi jaan na saka,
ishq-e-nasib bhi toh kuch accha nhi tha,
main kahi na kahi tere dil mei nhi tha,
dhikha kar hazar sapne tumne kya paya?
sahi samjho toh kabhi dil par dastak dekar bata dena,
teri sacchi-jhuti kahani ka intzaar rehega
( what you broke was not heard by anyone,
what you did was not witnessed by anyone,
the fate of my love was not that good,
I was not there in your heart,
if you think it to be appropriate to knock on my heart,
you are free to tell me your side,
I will be waiting for your true-fake story)
