FOR the duration of the week, I avoided Paolo and his friends as much as I could. Whenever they would catch up to me or see me in the cafeteria, I would say hi to them and invent an emergency and leave right away. It’s getting harder for me at school since I have to always be wary of my surroundings. Thankfully, I have Anastacia to still keep me company. Paolo is still messaging me but I haven’t responded to any of it.
Friday came which lessened my anxiety. Thankfully, I am able to focus when I’m inside the classroom. Joseph and I will be going on a date tonight, and he’ll be picking me up from school later. I haven’t seen him since Monday, and I am excited to meet him later.
