Sean's gaze hadn't left Jen's. He looked to be figuring out a puzzle. Or looking right through her. She glanced out the windshield at the gathering dusk. The humidity hanging in the trees made the day seem darker than the time warranted. Being alone tonight might not be the best thing, then she admonished herself for rationalizing. She chewed on her lip. “I don't have anything to wear." What a 'girl' thing to say. If she could take it back she would. He motioned for her to get out of the car. When she did, he spoke over the top. “Somehow I doubt you go anywhere unprepared." He closed his door and locked it. “Let's see what you've got." She remained glued to the spot. “Huh?" He followed her to the electric doors which opened with a muted swish. When he didn't stop, she brushed past him.
