"I know you are here to meet CEO Devdas Star Tailes," said the Belly Dancer. Delisha pretended not to hear her words. She was busy flipping through a business economics magazine that happened to be about Star Corp and its CEO. "You better not meet him," said the Belly Dancer again. "He is a very dangerous man!" Now, this creature meant to warn her? After previously trying to take over her body? Delisha knows that humans are far more dangerous than dead creatures. But still, she had to be aware of both. "I died because he killed me!" said the woman again with deep emotion. Delisha still didn't react to her. "We all here killed by him!" Delisha's body froze. So many lost spirits and they were all killed by Devdas Star Tailes? "Mr. Vijay, just watch the door. Don't let anyone enter without my permission, okay?" Delisha said without turning to Vijay. "Yes, miss!" said Vijay then went out of the room and closed the door tightly. Delisha closed the magazine then leaned back on the sofa casually and stared at the ghost of the Belly Dancer. "How did you know I wanted to meet the CEO of Star Corp?" Delisha asked her. The Belly Dancer jumped happily off the sofa and threw herself over to Delisha's side. "All the men and women who come here want to meet him," she said excitedly. "He's a very attractive man, everyone likes him." "Ah!" Delisha sighed curtly. The information from this ghost is meaningless. She had thought that this ghost would tell her an important secret. Pretending to be ignorant will provoke the ghost to talk more. "He's a psychopath!" said the Belly Dancer again. {{A psychopath is someone who is manipulative and easily wins the trust of others. They learn to imitate emotions, which they really don't feel and will be like normal people. Psychopaths are often well educated and have stable jobs. Some are so manipulative and mimicry that they have family and long-term relationships like normal people, without anyone knowing their true nature. A person who is psychopath usually can't tell what is right and what is wrong, so many of them do immoral, even criminal, without remorse and guilt. However, not all psychopaths are cold-blooded killers. A psychopath is neither able to form emotional relationships nor have a sense of empathy with other people, although they often have a warm and even charming personality.}} Delisha wasn't surprised to hear that. Someone with a background and appearance that is 'too perfect' is likely to have psychological disorders. "So?" "He made women who came to him become his se.x slaves and then killed them as the final redemption." "You want me to believe that?" Delisha raised her forehead. "Girl, I warned you, so don't be sorry if you die and become like us!" said the Belly Dancer irritated. "What is the proof?" "I'm the evidence! We're all the evidence!" The Belly Dancer was hilarious. Delisha lowered her glasses and looked at the ghost. "Should I list ghosts as evidence?" "Ah!" The ghost whined irritably. She already understood the situation. "There is no evidence. They cleaned it very thoroughly." "Heh, looks like it's pointless talking to you ...," complained Delisha. "The room!" exclaimed the ghost enthusiastically. "Unless you are in his room, then you will know everything." Delisha silently waited for her to continue. The ghost feels so sad. She turns her back to Delisha and her shoulders drooped. "But being there, it will be very dangerous. You will be killed by him." "How can you become like this?" Delisha asked in surprise. "I didn't know, at that time I didn't know it. If I had known earlier, you thought I would end up like this?" she replied curtly. "I was too naive. I thought I would be able to conquer him. You know, no man doesn't submit to me. I have everything I need to conquer any man." "A psychopath won't change themselves for anything, you should know that," Delisha said wistfully. "They think too highly of themselves. They don't care about other people. They only think about their own satisfaction and achievement." The ghost whined crying over her foolishness. "Aaah, I never thought my life would be this short, even though I thought I would live happily with him. He is very handsome and has everything. I never thought he got rid of me so easily from his life. Sob, sob, sob!" The ghost turned around and took Delisha's two hands, begging her. Delisha could feel the soft, feathery touch on the surface of her skin. "Therefore you have to go far from here!" she said to Delisha. "Why do you care so much for me?" Delisha asked in surprise. The ghost stood up and walked away from her a few steps. Her face smiled doubtfully. "You didn't notice, did you?" "What do you mean?" "Your body ... is very precious, so you cannot die," she said bitterly. Knock knock knock! The door was knocked from outside. "Miss Marianne, the hotel manager is ready to see you," Vijay said from outside. "Anyway, whatever happens, don't let him see you!" said the ghost sounding mysterious to Delisha. She stepped back. "I'm Maya," she said. "Call me if you need my help!" The ghost disappeared in an instant. "Yes, please come in!" Delisha exclaimed to Vijay outside. She smoothed her appearance a little then stood up when a man in a dark suit entered the room. "Namaste! Hello, Miss Marianne! I am Aftab Shivdasani, Manager of the Golden Star Hotel!" he said, pushing his hand to shake hands. Delisha was sure that the man was as handsome as his name. It's just that she could not look or shake his hand. He was like a giant spider with round eyes as black as marbles, a spiky mouth, and sharp hands full of spiky, hard hairs. Delisha's body trembled and shuddered violently as she shook his hand. She thinks she's going to pee in her pants. *** "Thank you, Mr. Aftab, for your understanding! I often get out of control when I get tired and experience jet lag. Items are often the target of my outlet," Delisha reasoned. She shakes hands again with Manager Aftab. "It's okay, miss, we appreciate your intention to take responsibility for your actions. These items can be replaced. However, disturbance to your comfort in our hotel is something that we deeply regret. In the future this will be our concern, that customers have specific needs and our obligation to meet those needs, "said Aftab kindly. "Hope you enjoy the atmosphere in India, Miss. Have a nice day!" Said Aftab again as he let Delisha go. Delisha rushed out of her meeting room with Aftab's Manager after settling the compensation fee and receiving her missed shoes. The shoes are her favorite sneakers which are very comfortable to wear. She won't find the same item in any shop, so she is persistent in getting those shoes again. Vijay was no longer surprised to see the strange behavior of the young lady, who jogged out of the hotel and then jumped up and down like stepping on a pebble on the sole of her foot. Their car arrived on the front porch of the hotel and Delisha hurried inside. "Hiiii, hi ...!" Delisha was rubbing her own body in disgust at the giant spider she had chatted with for about half an hour in the hotel meeting room. Their car entered the highway. "Where are we next, miss?" asked Vijay. He glanced at Delisha through the front mirror of the car. Delisha put on her glasses and leaned back elegant. "To the Xin India office. I haven't been there since I arrived. I need to use the network to find some information," she said. "Achchha, achchha!" said Vijay, shaking his head. They arrived at a three-story building. The building is white. A plate with the words Xin India is emblazoned on it. The India branch of Xin Corp is still a small building company, but its activities have resonated strongly in the Indian economy as it carries Xin's name. Xin India manages projects to build housing, educational facilities, and non-profit health services that primarily serve refugees and abandoned children. In addition, their biggest project is a pharmaceutical factory that produces vaccines for distribution in the Asian region. Delisha got her own room. She started using her computer to find information on missing persons and death cases related to the Star Tailes as said by the ghost of the Belly Dancer, Maya. Too many cases occurred within a year. Especially if traced back 20 years, the number is millions of cases and only hundreds have been resolved. So many unsolved cases, not all of them were committed by Devdas Star Tailes, right? She's trying to narrow down her investigation. How about starting with Maya? In a moment Delisha got all the information about Maya. The woman is apparently a fairly well-known singer and dancer in the Indian entertainment scene. Born into an artist family, started her career since she was 8 years old until now she is 30 years old. Maya is quite rich from her income as an artist. Maya has been under the same agency throughout her career, an agency as well as an art studio, a place that serves music, dance, food, and drinks for special guests only. A place called Mohabbatein Art Center. Looks like she should visit the place in her spare time later. Currently, she has another job, namely inspecting Xin India's work so far. She needed documents for activities carried out by Xin India for the past two years. She came out of her room to go to the file room. A secretary named Pooja showed her the file room and briefly explained the numbering order and arrangement of files. Delisha then told her to leave her alone because she was more concentrated when working alone. Within the room were tall shelves filled with folders and cardboard boxes. A writing desk, computer, and a wheeled ladder to retrieve files on the top shelf. For more than an hour, she was struggling with papers and going up and down on stairs. She was standing on the stairs and reading a file when someone unwittingly entered the file room. Delisha may often be surprised by the sudden appearance of a ghost. But this time she was shocked by a human. Her eyes caught the figure and made her stance waver. "Aaah ... !!" Her body fell down the stairs. Big hands clasped her to the broad chest of a masculine man in a gray shirt suit. They both fall on the floor. The man's body becomes a mattress that must absorb the effe/cts of gravity and the load on it. Delisha realized this was also part of her wildest fantasies. Fall in the arms of a handsome man. But what made her disbelieve was that the man was someone she knew. A friendly golden glow man who is also his first kissing partner. Imdad Hussain. "It looks like we are constantly being brought together in please situations, miss," said Imdad, his arms around Delisha's hips. Delisha did not flinch from being too amazed. "So, you named Marianne Webster?" Said Imdad again. His knees were between Delisha's thighs or as he knew her as Marianne. "I am the CEO of Xin India. So, you are the person who was assigned by Central Xin Corp to be my personal assistant? That was great!" Delisha's mouth opened wide at that. Personal assistant?? No way !! *** To be continue ....
