GWEN I woke up slowly, blinking into the soft glow of moonlight pouring through the window. My body ached, but it wasn’t the kind of ache that made me groan or complain. It was a deep, lingering soreness that reminded me of everything that had happened last night. The touches. The closeness. The feeling of finally being wanted.
