Sadie Jo pov

CRASH!! My heart leaps and i duck im on the ground i need cover theres an attack,i close my eyes all i see is gunfire and blood i cant breath somethings on my chest. Its Sarge hes dead everyone's dead whats happened "Sadie " I hear Ray i open my eyes my brother is talking to me hes telling me im okay that it was just a plate. "We need to go home " i tell him. "Okay sade lets go you just have to get up"  "I cant "i tell him tears falling down my face, i cant move i want to i just cant. Then i hear the most wonderful voice its low and husky i then feel the sparks on my arm i peek my eyes up and look in to his blue eyes "im sorry" i whisper. He looks at me and smiles and tells me i have nothing to be sorry for. "Are you okay to get up or do you want to sit for a while?" Collin asked "I can get up now " for some reason with him near i feel better. I slowly get up he stands with me and so does ray. "Well that's embarrassing " i say when we was standing i look over to the broken plate on the ground and take a deep breath. 

"Nonsense you a perfectly fine , no one will say anything if they dont want to deal with me" Collin says 

"Wow you got this whole Alpha thing going on." i joke trying to lighten the mood. Collin and his dad share a strange look. What was that about i think to myself . "Nah he just boss sis thats all alot like you actually." Ray says I look over at him "Some one has to be if you had it your way you would live like a wild wolf in the woods. every one laughs but it was a awkward laugh. What did i say. "Yeah you got that right Sade" he comes to hug me. "ill walk you home okay?" i shake 

"No you stay you have to talk to Hannah and tell her that you are going to collage and the money for the wedding." i Tell him

"What Money for the wedding? Cade ask looking at Ray.

"Oh i was going to tell you, Sadie had a collage fund set up for me that i can use to pay for 4 years of university or i can go to the community collage and use the rest for the wedding. Its about 70k,"

"Wow that is very generous Sadie." Collin says to me

"Yea but hes my brother and i promised my dad i would give Ray and other option than the army. and whatever he chooses ill be happy with as long as he goes to school." i tell them 

"I agree " Collin and Cade both say, I smile at them. "Well i better go" i say as i wave my good byes im so embarrassed that i need to go how could i have an ptsd episode i thought i was passed this. im almost to the road when i hear footsteps behind me. "Hey Sadie wait up." I turn to see Collin running up to me. "Can i walk you home? Its getting dark and i wouldnt forgive myself if something happened to you."

"I can take care of myself Collin but thank you." i tell him

"Oh i know i just .." he rubs his head and smiles a small smile and looks down at his feet "Im not ready to say goodnight yet so i figured id walk with you."

"Wow smooth Casanova, That line work on other girls?"

"What no that wasnt a line i just" Hes stuttering i laugh,"Im kidding id like it if you walked me home." I smile up at him god hes like a god tall 6'5'' build like a mountain long dirty blonde hair tied in a messy  pony tail in the back of his head, his eyes so blue that they pull at my memory of something ive seen before. We walk in a comfortable silence. talking here and there about little stuff. What was it about this man he has me thinking thoughts i shouldnt be thinking i glance a his arms, god i think to myself i want them wrapped around me. my eyes travel up his body untill i reach his lips i want to taste them i want them all over my body. i Take a deep breath trying to clear my head but all i can smell is him he smells like moss and sea water a combination that has me getting flushed.
