After Susan had seen her doctor and a therapist, she decides to see a health psychologist specialized in mental health, after a week, to receive counselling. When Susan meets with the psychologist, he tells Susan that therapy can help her make sense of destructive thoughts and offer strategies for working through them." "How have you been feeling for the past one month of your delivery?", the health psychologist inquire from Susan. Susan says in response, "I have not been feeling good. I feel something is wrong with me, with the kind of thoughts that keeps flooding my heart." The psychologist says, "This part of treatment maybe a little more difficult than it sounds. Therefore, practising self-care means cutting yourself some slack. You shouldn’t attempt to shoulder more responsibility
