Me and Mike came across the huge gate which I assume was the way out of the barrier.Some guards were there on duty.They are not muscular and big as werewolves, instead their frame is lean but still tall and built.As far as I know their speed is their biggest strength and us werewolves are not as fast as them except me.I always wondered how I am faster than most werewolves but never thought of being a hybrid.
Their gaze fell on my frame, a little smaller as compared to Mike.Although I'm atleast 5'7, I still look small especially in front of Lucian.Sighing heavily at the thought of Lucian, I couldn't help but grew desperate with each passing second as the guards turned their attention on Mike.
