Lachian We rowed the boats through the mouth of the cave and further down the river Styx. This far out, there was nothing but darkness. As we got closer to the shore, pops of red and orange started to dance along the sky. When we were close enough, the four of us jumped out and pulled the boats up onto the dark sandy beach. I knew if we continued on this course, it would lead us directly to the gates. There we would have to fight Cerberus or something else for entry. With a sigh, I turn around and face the others.  “We’ll continue straight along this path. We need to come up with a plan before we reach the gates,” I spoke.  “Why would you want to go through the front door?” Cyrus asked. “I think it’s about time you remove these manacles and allow me to do what you brought me here for.”
