CHAPTER 25-THE UNEXPECTED RESULT

Sō-Gogen quickly focuses on Koshin's attacking movement so he can keep up with that speed. After a while, he managed to fight equally with Koshin, and even countered several times. Then Koshin knew the normal attack had no use anymore as Sō-Gogen already can read his movements. After both of them fought equally for a while, then Koshin quickly used one of the skills of Zuifū’unken-ryū together with dash forward to strike at Sō-Gogen. On the other hand, Sō-Gogen also uses one of his skills to strike either. When they both swords clanged at each other, a big explosion occurred as two big Qi-energy blows clashed at each other and they both also had been forced to fly backward a meter away. Then without giving time for Sō-Gogen to rest, Koshin strike again but this time with using the level six of Mukeifūken-ryū, “Kazamai-Rokuken / Fēngwǔ-Liújiàn (WindDance-SixSwords)”, Koshin managed to struck at Sō-Gogen. He already blocked it with his sword, but still he was flown away quite far from his earlier position and hit on the ground. It was an unexpected strike from Koshin. Since Koshin wasn't using full power of his Qi-energy so the strike wasn't deadly. not to mention, Sō-Gogen internal Qi-energy was also quite powerful so he only got minor injuries for that. Then he stood up slowly with his eyes kept staring at Koshin as he was so furious this time. He had never been humiliated before in any match or fight. This is the first time that someone can drive him to fight seriously for 100%. Even though he has stood up, still he doesn't make any moves yet as if he was waiting for Koshin to strike first. And he was right, Koshin struck again with the level seven of Mukeifūken-ryū, “SichiKen-SeiOtosu / Qījiàn-Xīngluò (SevenSwords-StarFall)”. However, this time it was not that easy for Koshin to hit Sō-Gogen again, as he was already prepared. Sō-Gogen quickly struck as well, with level four of the Tenkaizantō-ryū, “Tenkai-Genbuzan / Tiānhǎi-Xuánwǔzhǎn (Seasky-Blacktortoise-s***h)”. With these two powerful skills met each other, a huge explosion occurred surrounding them that pushed them far from each other. Sō-Gogen was definitely no problem as his strike can counter the Mukeifūken-ryū. However, it's different to Koshin. This time it was Koshin that got hurt by Sō-Gogen, even though it was just a minor injury.

Sō-Gogen: “No matter what you do… Your Mukeifūken-ryū can’t touch me, as long as I have Tenkaizantō-ryū. Just give up already, bwahahaha…”

What Sō-Gogen said was true, that Tenkaizantō-ryū was the nemesis of Mukeifūken-ryū. Basically, the Mukeifūken-ryū user can only admit loss or surrender to the Tenkaizantō-ryū user. However, in this case; Koshin would not surrender just like that as he still had an ace card under his sleeve.

Koshin: “Oh, really… If that's so, let's see if you can beat this…”

Without further ado, Koshin immediately prepare another attack at Sō-Gogen with the secret level of Mukeifūken-ryū which is the level ten, “JūKen-Chōten / Shíjiàn-Zhòngtiān (TenSwords-AscendtoHeaven)”. However Sō-Gogen will not to stay silent either as he also using the final level of Tenkaizantō-ryū, “Tenkai-Mekkaizan / Tiānhǎi-Mièjièzhǎn (Seasky-WorldDestruction-s***h)” to counter the attack from the level ten of Mukeifūken-ryū. he was so confident that he can defeat Koshin right away. However, he was wrong. One thing that he doesn't know is, the level ten of Mukeifūken-ryū is the latest invention by Koshin’s master, Kōgo. So this latest secret level of Mukeifūken-ryū was none other than any sword-skill can counter or defeat, not even the Tenkaizantō-ryū. When these two powerful highest level sword-skills met together, a huge explosion happened twice. Even though it was not 100% full power, the level ten of Mukeifūken-ryū was still very destructible. That's why Koshin did not really blow it directly in Sō-Gogen’s direction. In the last part, he blew it to the other side, to prevent Sō-Gogen from receiving the fatal blow from that level ten. That's when the second explosion occurred. Suddenly, Sō-Gogen’s sword broke in pieces and he also was pushed a few meters away. Not only that, his top cloth also blew apart and he became half naked before falling to the ground. Luckily, his pants were still there. The audience were laughing out loud as his upper body was half naked. Sō-Gogen was so ashamed and he quickly ran off the stage.

Sō-Gogen: “You bastard…!!! I will remember today’s disgrace, and pay you back one day…!!!”

The Goryō-Meishu and the Ryū’unsō elders can only accept the fate of Unkensō to remain in the top eight, without doing anything. However, the Goryō-Meishu is still so angry inside as he cant accept that his disciple will be humiliated like this. After the announcement of the winner and also the result of Unkensō will remain in top eight, the Goryō-Meishu will intentionally remind Unkensō to quickly investigate their traitor disciple; Koten’s location and what he connection with those masked men. If really Koten was proven wrong which he cahoots with those masked men, then Unkensō will be in trouble. A few months have passed and Unkensō side still can't find where Koten is or where those masked men are either.
