Family death

*Third person*It was a cold wintery night, Inora was at the Crescent Wolves castle, celebrating her 18th birthday with Damien. Her family couldn’t attend as they had offical pack business to tend to

*Inora*

I’ve been visiting the Crescents every since I was 5, Damien and I have been best friends since then to so being here was my second home  

While cutting the cake with Damien, I had a sharp pain shoot through my heart! I agonised in pain and I fell to the floor

Damien called for his father, lucifer came in and ran to me “What happened Inora?”

“ i don’t know but my heart I’m in pain” I grunted back

Lucifers beta ran in looking puffed 

“Alpha the Twilight Wolves, hunters stormed the castle killing everyone! I sent some warriors to get those who survived but there were none ! Everyone of the Twilight Wolves are dead” the beta said puffing, he looked towards me and with said “I’m sorry” 

Something in me forgot about the pain in my heart but a rose a new pain, I’ve never felt it before but I didn’t like it at all 

As I sat up my eyes began to bubble with tears, my cheeks bra and heated, my noise hurt and I started to scream and cry

Damien immediately wrap me in his arms, i embraced him back and dug my face into his chest

I can’t believe it my family they were gone, I turned my head to face the beta “my mother, my father did they?” I couldn’t finish the sentence but with that he lowered his head “I’m sorry no they didn’t survive”

I felt empty and broken, I latched to Damien even more, I felt that he started to shed tears

I thought to myself ‘how can someone do something this terrible!’ I screamed even more

That’s when I heard a big crack against one of the walls in the room. I jumped, when I turned I saw lucifers hand through the brick wall. He pulled his hand out and there was blood spilling down his arm, one of the she wolves present wrap a blanket around the wound and took him to the infirmary 

I looked at Damien and said “can you please stay with me tonight, I’m afraid if I’m left alone I will do something to myself” without hesitation he agreed

We went to the room as I was staying in, we laid on the bed and cuddled. I looked to him and said” Thank you for sticking with me, I appreciate you a lot” Damien planted a kiss on my forehead

I continued to cry until I pass out  all that was running through my head is that I will never ever get to see my mother or father again

I feel nothing but being empty and dead on the inside 

‘What am I to do now’ I thought to myself 

Once I was asleep Damien hopped up off the bed and put a blanket over me , he then laid down again making sure not to wake me and feel asleep
