Alem's POV
I was woken up by my men's voice as they struggle to block something or someone attacking your software. I stand up and walk closer to the hologram that appears in front of me. Looking at the data there is only one answer why the system is going haywire, someone corrupted out system!
''Sir our files have been deleted including Dezcheln's family photo!''
''S-sir! The bounty money has been stolen. We cannot trace the culprit since we cannot see its-''
'' Track that bastard immediately before they could log out!'' I order. They nod their heads and do what I said.
It must be someone from the rebellion. I know everyone in Groerd are in need of money, they are desperate for it so they won't be able to do this.
Minutes later, one of my intelligent men come running to me, his forehead is sweating as for his armpits... it's completely flooding up there.
''General Alem, we manage to get their location. '' says one of my men. I smirk by the great result. ''They used a gadget similar to OPN, we think that it's a device that out lab hasn't develop,'' says another one.
'' I see, where's their location?'' I ask straight to the point.
'' At the north, in the forest of Zovask-''
'' Send my soldiers there and capture that insolence!''
''Right away general!''
4 troops go out while the rest stay and resolve the problem caused by that bastard. I could've forgiven them when they stole the money but deleting my files?! They 've just crossed the line.
I launched 8 drones together with my soldiers so I can see what's about to happen.
Let's see if that bastard can run away from my soldiers.
Amaya POV
I was busy preparing myself to sleep when my bother barged into my room that is located underneath our hideout. We need to be prepared after all.
'' Amaya!! We need to get out of here! They found us!''
Wha-? f**k!
He shook me making my body sways back and forth, making me dizzy. He grabs my wrist and pulls me out of my bed. I almost stumble but I catch myself before it happened. My head can't seem to comprehend the situation like, it just shut down.
I struggle to keep up with my brother as we climb upstairs.
''You don't need to worry Aya, mother and Carmen are not in here or even at close distances.'' He reassures me but I can still feel my heartbeat beating faster and faster. I clutch the hem of my clothes and follow my brother.
Soon when we are on the ground, we can clearly hear the sound of the engine of multiple vehicles that are getting closer and closer to our hideout.
I put my finger on the mirror so it can scan my fingerprints, doing that permits me to remove the laser that acts as a security/blocker. We need more time but in this situation, we only have seconds to escape.
I want them to be safe
The escape hole unlocked, without saying anything to my younger sibling, I pushed him inside the hole. He yelps, surprised of my action. He landed on top of the remaining small submarine that the rebellions owned.
''What the f**k are you doing?! Jump, Aya!'' He shouts at me desperate for me to leave with him but it's too late. I need him safe, this is my fault after all. I shouldn't have done what I did but it's too late for that. I need him, them, to be safe.
''Go, bonehead! Leave!'' And with that, I closed the escape hole but I can still hear him yapping so I put the laser back on and the outer cover as a camouflage, shutting out the noise that my brother is producing. I get out of the room, immediately faced with groups of soldiers with a victorious grin pasted on their face.
One of them which I presume their leader, walks closer to me and says: '' You're coming with us''.
I put both of my hand up and oblige.
