The Fates
Henry has been working as a lawyer in Goldsboro. We thought about moving west and making a fresh start when Henry and I married, but this was Adelyn’s home and I wanted her to grow up here. So Henry being the unselfish person that he is; happily agreed to stay at Moher. However, it has been difficult over the past five years for Henry to gain people’s trust. Since Henry is from the North he has faced a lot of ridicule, there are not many people in Goldsboro who like him. However, slowly some of the townspeople are coming around and he is beginning to make a decent living. He has taken a few cases from up North and that is what has supported our family while Henry was building his business and making the transition here in Goldsboro. Closing my eyes I focus on the little body in my hand
