Chapter 5 Back to Civilization..?
We blocked the garage door with anything we could find; equipment racks, tables, and chairs. We had to buy some time to get the Jeep going. The engine won’t start no matter what we do. We’re at our wits end! We couldn’t go outside and risk getting attacked again. We were about to give up when we heard some noise in one of the cupboards ‘Creak’.
We thought it might be cockroaches, but we were in our full gears nonetheless. Seeing how big those monster rats could get, we couldn’t be more careful.
Trevor knocked the cupboard door open and sure enough something came out of it. Only, it wasn’t a cockroach or a rat, it was our classmate Bennett Mallick, the Indian top student.
