Chapter 9 Rebecca had lived on her own for two and a half years. She had gotten used to her space. She had a routine, one she liked a lot and hated to disrupt, even when she craved a little more spontaneity in her life. She didn’t have to answer to anyone, and if she wanted to sleep in until ten in the morning, the only person who’d complain was her father because she might be late for work, but then she’d just lie and say she’d been working on some pictures or something.
