 Blakey’s POV   I am practically jogging to keep up with Jake’s long stride as we go into the woods behind the packhouse, following the same path that I followed to go to the small clearing nearby. We say nothing to each other as we follow the path, and the tension feels just as thick as earlier and I am trying to think of something, anything, to say.
