Chapter 3
Our panting was all you could hear. I could feel his lips against mine, pressing my head into the pillow. I needed him just as much as he needed me. My arms are wrapped around his torso, my nails are clawing down his back. His hips thrust against my mine. I need more. He pulls away, I let a whimper out. I opened my eyes and see him. I see his delts and abs. He observes my reaction to what is happening. I steer my gaze away from him, nervous about what I want to happen. He cups my cheek and forces our eyes to meet. I feel safe with him. Suddenly my nerves disappear. I want to take everything in, never forget it. I see his sexy smirk and I know what he wants. I grab the hem of my shirt and with assistance suddenly I match his attire. He gazes down, I quickly try to cover myself up, embarrassed. He gently pulls my arms away wanting me to know I didn’t need to feel embarrassed. His head drops down to my neck. I close my eyes not knowing what was next. He starts to kiss my neck. I moan. I feel his teeth graze my neck and I moan again. I feel him let out a breath of laughter knowing he was enjoying this. He starts to kiss down my body and just as he reaches my breast….
Beep Beep Beep…. f**k you alarm. My eyes shoot open, not knowing what just happened. I sit up rubbing my eyes awake trying to gain control of myself. f**k, I think. I look around and finally realize, it was just a dream, a very intense dream. I didn’t know how or what. I look at the time and see that I have time to shower. I start the shower and while it warms up, I grab my clothes out for school. I start my iPod so I can listen to music. I put on J3, my favorite boy band to get myself out of my head. Buzz Buzz Jack hadn’t stopped texting me since I answered Zach and not him the morning prior. I look to confirm my suspicion. SMS: Mrs. Beth Uh Oh, I think to myself. Hey Sweetie. Jack has been trying to reach you. Is everything okay? Asshole told his mom I wasn’t talking to him. Of course, he did, crybaby when he doesn’t get his way. Good morning Mrs., Beth. Yes, everything is okay. Just been trying to focus on school and grades and hanging out with friends and meeting new people. Jack and I have homeroom together but he is always… I back track unsure if she knows about Jack’s new toy. I start over... Morning. I know he has been super busy trying to keep up with football and homework. Just thought I’d give him some space to focus. I’ve been protecting his image since kindergarten. I throw my phone down irritated. I dry off and get dressed trying not to think about Jack. Buzz Buzz I grab my phone unprepared. I look down and luckily, it’s just Sabrina OMG!! Zach asked me to come to his game tonight. I rolled my eyes. Of course, he did. I shouldn’t be surprised since I initiated their interaction. What did you say? I replied not really caring because I knew what was in store for me knowing she said yes and most likely is going to drag me into it. Buzz Buzz Are you going to Jack’s first game tonight then? We can give you a ride. s**t! I totally forgot his first game was tonight and I had promised him I would show up as I had for years. Knowing I had to go otherwise the parents would get suspicious. I reply to his mom I have to make sure my homework load isn’t too big, but I have every intention to come. Let me ask my mom if it is still okay and that you give me a ride. Ill let you know when I can. I rolled my eyes. This day was going to be the longest yet. Buzz Buzz I already talked to your mom and she is fine with it Of course she asked my mom. Buzz Buzz Sabrina responded. I told him I would only go if you did. Damn it Sabrina. I’m going. Jack’s mom is giving me a ride. I looked down at my leggings and baggy shirt and decide I need to change my shirt. I look in my closet and see the winning top. I knew when Jack saw me one of two things were going to happen. He would be caught staring or he would get so protective he would yell. Either way, a win for me. I quickly change looking at the time realizing I needed to run to my stop.
I barely make it to the bus stop. I go and sit in my seat and have my headphones in. I look down at my phone and see many unread texts. Sabrina: Are you sure? I respond to her first Oh yeah. Do me a favor and just be near my class. I’m planning my rise to fame. Before I turn my attention to my other messages, I see Should I be worried I looked out the window and faked confidence. Guess we will see I replied. I went back to my other messages and was confused on why I had a message from Zach. Hey, thanks for going to the game tonight. I really wanted Sabrina to go. I rolled my eyes and send a thumbs up. I wasn’t going for anyone but his parents. It would have been suspicious if I didn’t go. I keep scrolling through messages and see one from Jack. Mom just told me you were gonna show up tonight. Thanks. Angry that he knew I was showing up. I ignore him. I go back to listening to my playlist I made when I was feeling like I was ready to start a fight.
The bus pulls up to the school. I look down at my shirt and do one last adjustment before getting ready to walk into school.
As I walked the hallways, I could see everyone leering. Wondering if what they see is real. You see, I was well developed. I had always hidden this fact because I didn’t want others to look at my body and not me. I turned the corner to get to my class and just like the day before, Jack and his girlfriend were outside the class. This time Sabrina and Zach were also there. “Hey Molly” Sabrina acknowledged me. I looked at her smiling, “Hey B” B was my nickname for her, but I only used it when I was up to something and she knew it. I looked at Zach and he was looking at Sabrina with a shocked look on his face while watching our interaction. B and I always had silent conversations when stakes were high and she felt I was self-destructing. “Molly?” I break thought with B and look at Jack. He was seething. He couldn’t believe what he was seeing. He had only seen skin when we would go swimming at the beach in our neighborhood. “Good Luck tonight” I say as I walk past him. I walk into my class and sit at my desk. I had no idea what I as doing. I had only ever had school boyfriends and only kissed one guy. Jack and B normally would work together and vet the guys who were interested in me. I am wrapping up my head phones and getting my supplies out for class. Ahem! I hear from in front me. I look up from my bag and see Kyle, a kid I knew from grade school. We acknowledged each other’s existence but never went out of our way to talk to each other. “Hey” I say to him. “You look different... nice I mean” He stutters as he staring me up and down unsure if its real. “Thanks Kyle. That’s really nice of you.” Kyle had been on the football team with Jack since middle school. “Where is Jack?” he asked. We all went to church together so he knew we were friends and normally attached at the hip. “Outside the classroom with Zach and Sabrina” I respond pointing out the door. He turned his head and Jack was giving him the death glare. “Wow. Jack really hates us talking, doesn’t he?” he says in a cocky noncaring manner. I look Jack in the eye and I know the interaction between Kyle and I is pissing him off. Buzz Buzz Knowing it wasn’t Jack, I look at my phone. I wouldn’t do that if I were you. I looked out the door and Sabrina and I are locked. Ignoring her warning, I put my phone away. Ring Ring The five-minute warning bell goes off. “You going to game tonight like always?” I look at him and smile. “Yeah” “Good” I looked at him not knowing why it was “good” I was going. “Are you nervous? It’s the first game of the season” I ask. “That’s not why I’m nervous” he winks at me. “Ill see you tonight” he says walking away. Unsure of what to make of that interaction Buzz Buzz I look around making sure no one was around. What are you doing. Oof Jack was more than mad. I look up and meet Jack’s gaze. He is staring me down while simultaneously planning on how to kill Kyle.
