CHAPTER 97

After hours of Jackson being unconcious, he fnally woke up finding himself in a situation where he couldn’t stand because he felt like his body crashed.

He look around and he was inside the hospital.

He saw Vick sitting there, but jake wasn’t there.

“Vick?” He called Vick’s name that makes him look to JAckson. Vick’s face looks like he was worried and at the same time afraid, but he choses to smile so AJckson wouldn’t notice what he really is feeling right now.

“what happened?” He asks Vick. “What was the last thing do you remember?” Vick asks him back and Jackson tried so hard to rember until he remembers. “I was talking to you about 2 years ago, why I have a lot of guilty to carry, then I went black.” HE answered.

He look around just to check if anyone is in there except for Vick, but it was only Vick who was there. Hee felt like his head is messed up that he had to get up. “Stay there Jackson.” Vick said. “Do you remeber the witch? Or the story of the witch?” Vick asks to Jackson and he looks at him confuse but he still nodded to answer. “Why? Did I got possessed again?” Jackson asks. Vick become confuse on what JAckson answered. “Again? It means it happened before?” Vick asks and Jackson take a deep breathe before he nodded. “And it is normal for you?” Vick added. “No it is not normal. Nothing is normal here in our town…” He answered.

Jackson is right, nothing is normal, becasue evrything is abnorla and complicated. Everyones story seems very confuse.

“you freaking threw everything around you, away from you. Even us.” Vick answered. “That is new.” Jackson answerred.

I mean, the last thing he got possessed was when his cousin Reynaldo died 2 years ago. And after that, it enver happened again, he just feels and being huanted by ghost and not being possessed, except for earlier, and Jackson is confuse what’s the difference and why.

Vick stood up and he draag the chair where he was sitting earlier towards Jackson.

He looks to Jackson very seriously.

“LEt me ask you again Jackson… Do yoou know something about what happened to Chase carter 2 years ago?” He lean closer to Jackson when the door opened and there, ake entered the room. “Why was my brothers name came out to your mouth Vick?” Jake asks just beefore Jackson answered his question or him.

He look back to stare to Jake and he smiled.

“Nothing. Just curious.” HE answered. “Jackson didn’t know anything abiut what happened to my brotehr. The only person who knows something is himself, Chase himself.” Jake said and he out a plastic full of foods on the table beside the ebd where Jackson is laying down. “Don’t stress him too much Vick, he still needs to tutor me.” Jake said to Vick and look to Jackson.

“Oh gosh, I forgot it’s Friday.” He said and Jake chuckle. “Today is Saturday Jackson. You are 12 hours asleep.” Jake said ther eaosn why he laughed.

“I’m what?” he asks to Jake. “12 hours asleep.” Vick repeated for him to answer. “Damn. Amm I relaly going to spend my whole year in the hospital/” Jackson asks to himself.

Until his eyes widened when he realizes something.

“What happened to Austin? Is he in jail now? Did he lost to the trial?” Jackson asks to both of them. Jake and Vick look to each other and they both sigh becasue they didn’t know what’s gotten into Jackson that he become obssesed with Austin when before, he doesnt really care about Austin that he wanted to kill Austin becasue he super hated him, but now, it’s like Jackson can’t live without seeing Austin just one time.

“the trial is still on going. No one tried to defend him and the victims of him cannot be reached.” Vick said. “Actually, they wanted you there, to tell them the truth.” He added. “Me?” Jackosn asks too Vick and he just nodded as an answer. “but im a boy.” He said.

Jake take a deepp sigh and he wlak towards Jackson and lean towards him.

“you still got raped Jackson. No matter what your gender is, no matter what your age is, rape is rape.” He said.
