"AHH" He shouted as he covered his wound on his shoulder. He accidentaly drop the gun and I ran towards him, C, and quickly get the remaining money of mine on his jacket. "YOU b***h!" He shouted but I didin't listen to him and run away from him.

Before I leave, I can see Henry's confusion and that he was amazed by from what I did.

I don't want to hurt Herny, and I don't want to hurt Henry, so I had to choose who deserves to be hurt, and it was C.

I keep running and running and when I reach the door and step out of the house, I heard another gunshot, and it is not just once, not twice, but thrice.

I stop running even my heart felt like it stopped.

I don't know what happened back inside the house, I don't know who shot and who got shot bby the gun.

I felt the sweat running towards my forehead and didn't know what to do, I don't know if I am going back or I will keep running away from the house.

What if it was Herny who got shot?

Then I am going to live in guilt again for the rest of my life, and if C was shot, there are two possibilities that could happen, Henry will shot me, or I am not ready to see who C is.

It's like my mind is very unstable of thinking right now, I couldn't think straight, all I can think is just myself, nothing else, nothing more.

But...

There are a lot of possibilities and I don't know what to choose from.

But in the end, I decided to go back.

I run on the staircase where I saw blood on the hallway floor from inside the room where we are earlier.

I slowly walk towards that room, to check on what is happening, to whose blood this is, to check if Henry is still alive.

And when I did, I almost drop my jaw from what I saw.

I saw Henry sitting down on the floor while bleeding while I saw C laying down on the floor while bleeding too.

Henry has still conscious while c is unconscious.

"He f*****g shot on me on my stomach." Henry said with his weak voice while still stopping the blood from his stomach, for him to live. He has the gun on his side, while the other gun is on C's hand.

I didn't respond, instead, I walk towards C and I slowly touches his mask to take it off, and when I did, I couldn't believe who this person is.

It was our janitor in our school.

H-How?

How did our Janitor ended up as C?

How?

It doesn't make sense at all.

How did C become our Jnaitor?

Or is he really C?

I don't know, but I felt like something is wrong, like something isn't right, something isn't missing, like I am missing something.

What is our janitor's reason? What is his connection to Chase? What is happening?

"Do you believe it?"

No. I don't believe it since it doesn't make sense at all. I know my reason of not believing it is so childish and so non sense, but look in the end who is right.

I know something is missing, I know something is happening, I know that he wasn't C at all.

That janitor is just a bait, bait for something.

But I know now the reason why he become C.

Why did he become part of C, of Chase.

Everything make sense in the end, and this isn't the end, this is just the beginning, because everything that happened right after that night,, is something no one can forget.

That is when the WestHood killer starts killing.

The sirens of the police echoed everywhere, in our small quiet town.

Everyone that I think is sleeping is now all awake because of the sirens.

It is not just a sirens from the police cars, but also a sirens from the ambulance since they are taking Henry to the hospital.

While out Janitor is not dead, but he is just unconscious, and he was being taken to the hospital for his treatment and he will be sent directly to the jail because of the damage he's done and becasue of the attempted murder towards Henry.

"He just came out, out of nowhere, pointing a gun at me first, giving me my money and he said that if I shot Henry, he'll give me the rest of my money, but I didn't, I just shot his shoulder." I explained since they are questioning me on what is really happening, or what really happened tonight.

"Jackson!" I look to my left where I saw Katharina running towards me.

She hug me tight as she can when she approaches me.

"Are you okay?" She then asks me and I just nodded. "What happened? I heard that there's been a crime that happened here and someone was shot, I thought it was you." She said. "Wait, if it wasn''t you who got shot, then who?" She then asks with confusion.

I look to her behind where Henry is being ride down to the ambulance to the hospital.

"Henry?" She said his name and she become speechless. "He got out of jail earlier. I felt bad that he just got out of jail but he is now being taken to the hospital." I said, pitying him.

"Why everything that involves crime, injury even death, you are always there Mr. Hall?" We stop talking, me and Kathairna when someone interrupted us, it was Srgnt. Gerald Benelisto.

This is the first time I've seen him for two years.

"You're now back." Is aid to Mr. Gerald. "I got back since Mr. Evan's accident at your school. I am a homicide detective, I have to be there, when homicide happened." He said. "But there is no homicide, right?" I asks him. "Not yet. But as far as I can see, this accident, this crime, are all soon going to be a murder." He said. "You see Mr. Hall. My family lives here in your town, in this town for decades now, and I am the only Benelisto who left this town because I wanted to be a homicide detective, and this town, never felt a murder once... Well, that was before the WestHood killer come 137 years ago, but still, this town is so innocent since there are no crimes are happening, especially murder. But I cannot believe that I am going to be departed here, in my home town for a murder case 2 years ago. I couldn't believe that the very first murder here in our town for 137 years of innocence. At first, I thought it will never happen again, but I can see that it is happening again, and you Mr. Jackson Hall, are always there." He said.

I stayed quiet since I couldn't agree with him, because he is right, every murde,r every crime that is happening to our town, I am always there, I will be there.

I don't know.

"Are you accusing my boyfriend for what happened twoo years ago and today?" Kathairna asks Srgnt Gerald. "No kid, I accuse no one, I am not that kind of detective. I stay for what's right, I depend on thee evidence, I depend on the witness. As I can see on what happened today, the responsible for this happening is already caught. I am just putting a little puzzle on how, here Mr Hall are always ending up with these happenings. From Chase Murder, from the hauntings in the hospital two years ago, from when Chase killer, or should I say, chase first suspect killer's arrest, to Mr. Ares Evan's fall, and now. Now I am wondering, what crime is going to happen next? Where Mr Hall again are there?" He said and smiled to us.

"Good night kids." He said and walk away from us when he turned away.

"I hate that man." Katharina said.

The sirens are little by little fading, means they are driving away from us.

"hey Kath?" I called her name. "yes?" She said. "Can I sleep with you tonight? I just don't feel sleeping here. A lot of things happened already, I don't know what to do, what to think, where to go." I said. "Sure. But... I have to ask for my dad's permission. You know him." She said and I nodded to agree.

She walk away from me and start cccalling her dad.

And yes, I don't want to go back inside, I felt like I will die anytime soon if I did, a lot of thing already happened. I just couldn't know what to do.

And for the mean time, after tonight, I'll find somewhere where I can stay.

Now that henry is abck and he will be living here in his own house, I don't want to stay with him, I don't want to sleep in the same house with him, my guilt will eat me, my guilt.

"We are sorry to interrupt your lesson, but we are here to arrest someone for Chase murder."

After he said that, everyon whisperes to each other, spread rumors and I can feel that everyone is looking at me, that their eyes are at me.

"Poor Jackson, he just came back, but he'll be arrested immediately." Ares said and everyone laugh with him.

They stopped in front of me.

"Jackson." HE called my name that makes my eyes widened.

"No matter what happens, don't be surprised." And they turned to Henry. "Mmr. Henry Caliesto... You are under arrest for the murder of Chase Hudson." Theys aid and everyone made a loud noise.

Everyone is shock, everyone couldn't believe what is happening.

I wasn't the one who got surprise, he is.

Henry was captured and drag out of the classroom while he is looking at me.

"I'm sorry." I said and my tears drop on my cheek.

"NO! I did not kill Chase! It was Jackson! It was Jackson whi killed CHAse! Not me! I wasn't the one who killed Chase! You are being mistaken!"

"That's the exact word we are expecting from you Henry."

Everyone is speechless on what they just witnessed.

And I mean... Everyone.

I remembered again on what happened the day Henry got arrested I front of me, and he was arrested because of me, because I balmed him, I put every evidence towards him, I am the reason why Chase died, and Henry are their to help me.

Everything happened because of me.

And now...

If I did sleep with him in the same house, to his own freaking house, how can I sleep? I am no different to C himself if I did that, it felt like I have no remorse at all.

That's why I don't want to live with him.

If C didin't just burned my house...

I will kill C as soon as I found him.

Looking at my burned house felt like I am being tortured by someone stabbing me on my heart, on my chest, on my body, everywhere! That torture!

A lot of things happened already there in my house, a lot of memories had been made there.

But now, it is all gone just because of the fire that erased everything, because of C with I still do not know the intention, if he really is our school janitor or not.

I don't know.

"Hey." I turned back to look to Katharina. "My dad said yes." She said and I smiled at her. "You're the best." I said and kiss her on the lips. "This is why I love you, you are a good kisser." She asid and laugh.

I walk back to Henry's house to lock it and we both walk away form his house.

We just talk about random stuff, about our future, about memories that we had, everything.

When suddenly, my phone vibrated, someone texted me.

"Let me check my phone first." I said and check who si the person who messaged me.

My eyes widned as soon as I saw who that person is.

It was C.

What the f**k?

Now I know that I am right, that our janitor is not C at all.

'Did you love my surprise? I'm sorry I couldn't meet you later, that's why I send our useless janitor to act like me. Forgive me, but I promise, we will meet someday.

And now, my heart starts beating so fast again as II saw what he sent.

It was a picture of me and Ktahrina now, walking.

"We have to go to your house now quick!" I said and I held her hand and we walked fast as we can. "Jackson! What is happening? Why are you wlaking fast?" She asks. "Someone is spying on us. He just sent a picture of both of us now. We have to go now so we can be safe, s you can be safe." Is aid.

How dare he threatens me?

Why is he not even showing who he really is?

Is he not that strong?

Is he afraid of me?

I swear to almighty God, once I saw him, I will kill him.
