We quickly pulled away, and Logan had this weird look on his face, as his gaze suspiciously drifted between us.
'' What is going on here?'' Logan let out, with a confused look as he moved closer to us.
I didn't know what answer, as I was void of any lies to tell right now, but in my nervous state, I heard my brother say.
'' She was just comforting me, Sir.''
But Logan didn't buy that, as he still had that suspicious look, even though he was trying so hard to conceal it.
'' Comforting you?'' He asked.
'' I was so distraught about the healer's sudden death, and she was just comforting me,'' Edon said again.
'' You barely knew her, you just started working here, so how are you so shaken about her death,'' Logan asked with so much authority as if he was trying to scare
