"Is that why she can't feel our bond?" Bel asked suddenly, and Seth frowned deeply. I watched the gears turn in his gaze, and then he shrugged.
"I could ask someone who would know, but I can't tell you." He replied, and Bel frowned deeply right back at him.
"That's not important," Levi said as he let me go and pushed against the floor to stand. "This is far more serious than we thought. She is in danger. I know exactly who we can ask about all this." As he stood, he swayed for a moment before he got his bearings. As he went to leave, Seth stood and grabbed his arm to stop him.
