I woke up to the sound of birds chirping through the screen and smiled, keeping my eyes closed as I remembered everything that happened. I didn’t try to think maybe it was all a dream, because I could feel the weight of Lexi draped over my chest, curled against my side, and her leg flung over mine. I remembered the way it felt to be with her, intimate with her, it was everything I could have ever wished for. I wanted her again, over and over again, and all I could do was smile at the memory of it. She stirred against me and I opened my eyes, looking down at her.
