‘’What’s up dad?’’ he says on the phone, making me know he is speaking to his dad.
Then he listens for a bit and I cannot hear what the dad is telling him.
Then he nods and says he is aware of the timings, and that he will not miss the meeting for whatever reasons.
‘’I am taking care of a very important business, I will be home in good time to prepare for the meeting, dad.’’
What meeting is Eddy talking about? Well, I could be too nosy, I do not need to know what meeting he is talking about because that’s none of my business.
But then again, I am a detective by nature, and everything is actually my business. It concerns me.
