"Yes but your the guest in my home." He replies.
"I appreciate the kind gesture, but I'm okay." I smile. I take one of the 20 blankets off the bed and a pillow and lay back on the couch.
"Your choice." He shrugs and lays down on the bed after turning off the lights.
"Goodnight." I whisper more to myself.
"Goodnight Lia," He replies and I drift into a deep sleep.
XAVIER POV
I woke up to the buzz of the alarm from my phone. I groan as I get out of bed and walk to the bathroom. I shoot a glance at Lia to see that she was fast asleep.
Her light brown curls covered her resting face except her plump pink lips that weren't covered. She snored softly, her chest lifting up and down with each breath. She was holding the pillow against her like a teddy bear.
She was breathtakingly beautiful,
