Thirteen Dreams

Scavenger Hunt

Mishka showed up a few minutes later " Ariana, Lela" he greated with a nod. Ariana smiled and hugged him tightly " How are you Mishka?" she asked happily. 

" I'm quite alright" he said with a thin smile back. " do you two know what the challenge is?" He questioned. Lela shook her head " we don't have any idea."

Mishka looked around the terrain " somethings hidden" he said softly. " why else would there be such a complicated terrain?"  Lela thought it was a stretch first, but slowly it made sense. not because of logic but because of how ones mind works in dreams. " then lets start searching" she said. As people slowly started filing in, Ariana explained their suspicions. 

One man, who looked Asian, summoned a Metal detector, with the abilities he most likely gained from years of lucid dreams.

A girl who looked as though she couldn't be older the 11 sprouted beautiful Pink wings and took off, looking from above.

A young teen, Around 16, white, Summoned a wolf, who instantly began to sniff around. 

It was so cool to Lela to see all the creativity of these people around the world come together for a common cause. Lela began to search with  Mishka and Ariana, leaving no rock unturned. The young girl who had sprouted wings spotted and odd placed rock in the center of the clearing. She shouted for everyone to come over, and everyone rushed over excitedly. 

Mishka flipped over the rock. Underneath was a beautiful white and blue gem, Jagged and glorious. It glistened as though a thousand suns shone on it even though there seemed to be no direct light.

The young girl landed and picked it up. her eyes sparkled with curiosity. " Its so pretty!" she squealed softly.  It looked like it would weigh at least 100 pounds if it were in the waking world. Some one from the center of the terrain shouted, the little girl and everyone else headed over  to the center.  A pedestal had grown from the  ground. 

The pedestal looked exactly what someone would expect from something that grew out of the ground. the girl placed the gem in it, and the gem fit perfectly in the pedestal. She watched the gem, wondering if anything would happen, nothing did. Mishka got up 

" lets keep looking." he said.  After what seemed like hours they found a sand colored gem. In the center, next to the last pedestal was another one. Mishka placed the gem in it. 

Lela and Ariana chatted though the search. About their lives during the day. Ariana hinted at a rough time at home, but she never said it straight out. It seemed as though she didn't want to burden anyone other then herself. 

After a while they also found a green, and then a blue one. Lela watched as a redhead placed the Blue large gem on the last pedestal.

A huge  pillar of light shown though the sky and the world flashed.  Night continued.
