The fog was as dense as the ocean. I could barely see anything. But that was not the major problem. The real problem was the turmoil of emotions that overwhelmed my other senses. All I could think of was to stay as calm as possible so that I don’t hold back the rescue mission. Zach held my hand and didn’t leave it until we entered the fog that became like a white space.
“A word, Axel. Desiree, you too.” Zach made me stand and went at some distance from me. Ishma and Herther, backed by half of the soldiers and pirates, parted ways to search the Second province we were in. Ishma used her powers to trace her family and found them in the Second province. Herther bid us goodbye. They would head straight to the First province after they get hold of Ishma’s people.
