Lukas’ POV
I walked into the cafeteria like a warlord entering a conquered village.
Everywhere I turned, people were waving. A guy tried to fist-bump me. A girl handed me a protein bar and whispered, “For your wolfish energy.”
Someone drew me on their iPad in art class and posted it with the caption:
The mysterious new transfer student who eats sushi like a medieval knight. I’m obsessed.
It had 17k likes, as how they call it, in two hours. Someone even tagged me in a fan edit.
A fan edit. I just had an account yesterday which I struggle figuring out until now and I was tagged already.
I’d only been there two days.
After school, the drama club tried to recruit me. A kid in a cape cornered me at the lockers and said, “Have you ever considered acting?”
“I am always acting,” I replie
