Remi grinned. She wouldn't even think about working with the Garvey Group if they weren't in such a bad situation. It was still a mystery how Finn was connected to Bernice. Would they be helpful or harmful? This alliance was going to demand a lot of attention.
"Mr. Garvey, do you know how much Lacy paid to marry me?"
Finn wasn't ready for the question. "How would I know such private things?" He didn't care. "Not much, I guess, since you got married quickly and didn't have a wedding."
Remi showed four fingers.
