“You can run if you want. I’ll be fine here.” I said to Rose after seeing her so agitated while walking back and forth right outside the porch of the pack house.
I was never used to being protected. I don’t intend to be, but after hearing that alphas had gone missing, they suddenly all wanted to keep me in the pack house. At first, I kept insisting that I was alright but eventually agreed for the sake of their peace of mind.
We would be camping here again. Half of them had gone back to their houses to get our stuff, and the other half bought food for us. Claire opted to leave Calum here while she went home to gather things. He was currently running around and being guarded by Kei.
