I had managed to sleep through the night without another trip to the beach. I woke up without gasping for air, crying, or my eyes burning. I would like to say I had restful sleep, but I couldn't seem to shut my brain off last night. I finally fell asleep after I told myself I would just worry about it after we saved Jasmine. Maybe once she's settled and had some time to unwind, she could give me some advice.
