I head to the water dispenser to fill my tumbler, parched after jogging around the village. As I pass by my mother and sister, I can’t help but find it funny because I'm sure their workouts will not work. I know they’re not consistent with their workouts, just like me. Their motivation comes from trendy online workout videos, a common pandemic activity alongside cooking and gardening. I’m confident that, like their previous attempts, they’ll likely give up after a week.
