I told Kyle to drop me just outside our gate. He went out to open the door for me. I know my parents may or may not be seeing us now but I don’t care anymore. This is my life and I should live it the way I wanted to. I won’t let my parents or anyone dictate what I should do. “There you go,” He said. “Thanks for tonight; for your time.” “Thanks, I had fun.” I said. “And so did I.” He said. I didn’t expect his next move. He hugged me and kissed me on my cheeks. “Goodnight, Cass.” He said. “Good night, Kyle.” I responded. “I’ll drive when you get inside,” He said. “So, please do the honors.” I laughed and walked to our gate.
