Chapter 15Not being able to see while the car drove over a road that curved more than it was straight made Emily feel sick to her stomach. Then again, maybe that was getting hit in the head. A nice head wound was bound to make a person queasy. She didn’t know how good her vision was, since everything was dark, but she was pretty sure she was nursing a minor concussion. “How much farther?” she asked. At first no one said anything to her.
