Chapter 16 The pungent stench of blood reached his nose before Ciaran hit the bottom step. He rushed down the remaining stairs and stormed into the room. In the far corner, Quinn's body and the bodies of two unknown men, riddled with bullet holes, lie crumpled on the floor. In another corner of the room, Madeline sat on the floor with Jett.
