Chapter 9: Map To The Capital

"Hey, are you done?" Vera called from outside the restroom. "Coming," Henry responded. By the time he stepped out, Shyla had already dressed. Yet, even through her clothes, he could see her n*****s pressing against the fabric. [I can tell you love boobs, Henry.] 'What are you saying, Hal? Every guy loves boobs.' [Her boobs are small compared to the girls in the city, though.] 'City?' [Yeah, Henry. The city. I take it you don't know the way there? Ask for a map-they'll gladly give you one.] Vera grabbed her belongings and slung them over her shoulder. "I'm heading out for a quest. Your breakfast will be delivered by the receptionist-I already paid for it. Nice meeting you, Henry," she said before walking out of the room. As soon as she left, Shyla turned to Henry, offering him a small rolled-up parchment. "I don't want you getting lost, so here-take my map," she said with a soft smile. Henry took it, surprised. 'Hal, did she hear our conversation?' [No, Henry. Have you forgotten? No one can hear me but you.] Still smiling, Henry unrolled the map and spread it open on the bed. [So, we're currently in the village, and our next destination is the capital.] Shyla peered over his shoulder. "Where are you going?" "I'm heading to the capital," Henry muttered, pointing to the location Hal had shown him. Shyla hesitated for a moment before asking, "What's so special about the capital? Why don't you just stay here in the village?" Her voice was softer than before, and she avoided his gaze-last night's events clearly still fresh in her mind. 'Why are we going to the capital, Hal?' Henry asked inwardly. [The capital has more girls-with bigger and sexier assets.] 'So there are no big assets in the village? Is that the only reason we're heading there?' [The capital is also more advanced. It has a proper guild system.] 'Guild system?' [Yes, Henry. Once you get there, you can register at the Adventurer's Guild and start taking on official quests.] 'So I can go there, register, and start taking jobs?' [Of course! But for now, your main objective is still the same-boost your experience points through s****l activities.] Henry sighed and muttered with a smirk, "You love s*x, Hal. Why don't you tell me more about this world?" "I do love s*x," Shyla responded immediately. Henry froze. His body tensed as realization hit him-he had spoken out loud. [You almost got caught, boy.] He laughed nervously. "I mean... uh... aren't you from this world? Why are you asking me if I want to know more?" Shyla narrowed her eyes. "You're acting weird." Henry quickly rubbed his forehead, pretending to be in pain. "I kinda lost some memories after the last attack incident." [Nice save, boy. Now punish her for doubting you-bang her senseless.] Shyla gasped. "Oh! I completely forgot... I'm so sorry about what happened." Before he could react, she suddenly wrapped her arms around him, pressing her soft body against his chest. Henry stiffened, feeling her warmth seep into him. Shyla pulled away after a moment. "Well, I don't know how to explain everything about this world, but is there something specific you'd like to know?" "Tell me everything," Henry said, sitting on the bed. "I want to know about magic, weapons... everything." [Magic? Weapons? Boring! Ask her about s*x instead.] Henry ignored Hal this time. Shyla nodded. "Magic, huh? Well, magic is a special gift from the goddess. Despite being a divine blessing, it's hard to control-unless you receive proper training at the academy." Henry listened intently, his curiosity growing. "Should I continue?" she asked. "Yes, please," he replied with a warm smile. [Don't believe her, Henry. Everything is easier for you. You can access and control mana instantly-once you complete my quests and level up.] Shyla continued, "Magic has two main forms: basic and advanced." She paused for a moment, a thoughtful expression crossing her face. 'Why do I get the feeling Henry is from another world? Everyone here has at least some basic knowledge of magic, yet he seems completely clueless... Maybe he really did lose his memory.' Henry waved a hand in front of her face. "Hey, you still with me?" Shyla blinked and nodded. "Yeah, sorry. I was just thinking of a better way to explain. The basic forms of magic are water, wind, and earth. The advanced forms are fire, lightning, ice, and dark magic." She smiled. "Hope you're enjoying my lesson so far." Henry smirked. "Yeah, keep going." "Alright," she continued. Magic Elements Ice "Ice is an advanced form of magic. It isn't one of the basics, but mages with strong water abilities can learn to control ice after years of training at the academy." Dark Magic "Dark magic isn't a gift from the goddess. There's only one person in history who ever practiced dark magic... and his name was Voldemort." Henry raised an eyebrow. 'Voldemort? Seriously?' Fire "Fire magic is one of the most destructive. It allows mages to use pyrokinesis-the ability to create and control flames. Few mages can wield it, and it lacks defensive properties." Water "Water magic is a basic form of magic that grants hydrokinesis, the ability to manipulate and control water freely." Wind "Wind magic grants aerokinesis, the power to control air. It's one of the trickiest elements because it's invisible-but it can be deadly in the hands of a skilled mage." Earth "Earth magic, also called land magic, grants geokinesis-the power to control rocks, sand, gems, crystals, and even mud." Lightning "Lightning magic allows a mage to use fulgurkinesis-the power to summon, absorb, and store lightning. It's just as destructive as fire, but much faster. Like fire, it has no defensive properties." When Shyla finished, Henry sat in awe. "Wow... this world is incredible," he muttered. [Yeah, yeah, but don't forget-we love s*x more.] Shyla giggled at his amazement. "There's still so much more to magic, Henry. With time, you'll learn everything." Henry nodded. "I have one question, though. Why did you keep referring to mages in all your examples?" She tilted her head. "Because mages have the strongest connection to magic. They're the ones who truly master it." Henry leaned back, his mind swirling with thoughts of adventure and magic.
