Pulling up to the pack house always took my breath away. The house wasn’t even a house it was a huge three-story compound. It sat on the tallest point in town surrounded by its own small forest that gave off plenty of privacy to the impressive amount of grounds. The top floor was always for the alpha and his family. Second floor held the beta and gamma. The first floor holds common areas that the pack can freely come and go as they please. The basement held the safe rooms for all the pack. Along with a few rooms that could be used as holding cells if need be. My parents had to move out of the pack house and into town because according to my dad having a fox running around making trouble for the pack didn’t sit well with some of the pack.
