Cristy’s POV
It’s halfway through the week and I’m ready for it to just be over. School is draining me. Joey told me I could take the week if I wanted or I could just finish school at the pack house and not go back but I wasn’t there yet. Ed stayed at the pack house taking on full duties as the beta especially now seeing as Joey was staying locked away guarding Allysia.
I missed my friend; school wasn’t the same without her. We had most of our classes together including a study period that we shared with Reyna. I kept quite staying to the background. I was waiting for her to slip up. I wouldn’t tell Joey or my mate the truth but the real reason I wasn’t ready to give up on school was because I was hunting.
