11th November, 2013At training, a visibly riled Luis Jalapeno berated the players like I’d never witnessed before. It was the rant of all rants that not even an Alex Ferguson could beat. Here’s a brief transcript to summarise what he said:
LUIS: You’re all s**t!
For most of the training session Luis resembled a boiling pot that nobody had removed from the stove. After the strenuous workout that the gaffer gave them (he really put them through their paces), Sao, calm as you like, jive-walked past Luis. He had some balls, or the most carefree attitude ever – I wasn’t sure.
LUIS: Sao. Do not forget, you have a drug test in half an hour.
SAO: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
