20th October, 2013A day before Shyton United’s big game at the Palace I met Ricardo ‘Flash Harry’ Bombalbo, back from international duty and at home in his palace of a home that was like a shrine to him. In fact, there were shrines in Thailand that were less ‘worshipping’. Statues of Ricardo were all around both inside and out, statues not too dissimilar to Michelangelo’s David. There was also a fountain out at the front with him in a goal-like celebration; on his knees, with hands raised to the skies.
