Katie's POV

I left his house after our little talk, not so little cause I poured my hearts out. Part of me hopes he leaves me be after this but another part of me hopes he come to me again. Im torn between what I want and what to do, I got home and decided to sleep without doing anything else. Muffled sounds woke me up the following morning, I opened my eyes to see my sister beaming from mouth to mouth and a gorgeous face in front of her. I know the face from pictures she's shared with me, that's her boyfriend I guess he just came back from his travel. Im happy for her cause he looks at her like only her exist in the world, he's in love with her. Hi, Katie, nice to meet you. I returned back the greeting and we share a few compliments and jokes. I like him, he's a keeper I told my sister. He asked to be best of friends cause we go so well together and I said yes cause why not. He's fun and he loves who I love the most, my sister looks happy seeing me smile and cheerful, so that's a win.

Tyler's POV

Wow, Seth. You got good genes, you parent produced fine specimens, she's gorgeous. Not surprised William is head over heels for her, we'll make sure your sister breaks her wall and let free again, baby I promise. I brought lots of things for my baby girl on my trip. I made mental notes to call William later and discuss strategies, my guy needs to fill his lonely life with the one he wants.

Seth's POV

Katie woke up happy today, she made conversation and even made delicious breakfast for us. I asked William how their talk went and he explained what happened. I know he's going make her happy, can't wait to see her give life a chance again. I want to see my sister truly happy cause it was a sham of marriage she left, she deserves a real love.

Katie's POV

My day starts out well and definitely is going well, I came back from my walk to a gift bag and a single red rose from yours truly, William. I didn't need anyone to tell me it's from him before I know it is. Trust me my inner child jumps in excitement, I mean I've never received a gift or flower from anyone before not even my ex husband. I smell the rose and smiled, opened the gift box and was shock to see a diamond pendant necklace and earrings. That's too much for a gift for someone you haven't started dating, my sister danced around happily like she's the one gifted. Trust me she's going to lead me to my ruins. I wanted to text him to thank him and remember I do not have his contact. So I decided I'll go see him in person.

William's POV

I sent her a gift, I hope she likes it. Im pacing around my room hoping for some sort of response from her. That's when I heard a knock and went to open the door cause my f*****g mind thought it's her. No, it's f*****g Avery, my disaster. What does she want from me, she can't be here not when Katie's could come. I want her to come. What do you want Avery, I don't have time for games. I heard you are now going after that old girl, when you wouldnt even look at me. What does she have that makes her worthy of the mighty William and not me. Avery please let's not do this, I don't like you, I don't find you attractive. So please leave and go with your problem. Before I could finish she kissed me and the shock made me froze for a while, Katie's gasp brought me back to my senses. I pushed Avery away and ran after Katie as she left but she's gone.

Katie's POV

I was stupid, I was foolish to think a guy that young would want me. I can't even think straight, all I saw was dark and I cried like I didn't just got out of a rough marriage. I ran home and ignored my sister's question, locked myself inside the room. Few minutes later I heard his voice talking to my sister, he eventually left. She told me to listen to him and not to act irrational, she's just one of the girls flocking around him she said. William likes you and not her sis. Please don't push him away cause if a misunderstanding. A part of me want to run back to him and plead for him to take him but my stubborn part won and I slept it off. Whatever this will lead to, I'll face it tomorrow.
