I stirred awake from the best sleep I have had in a long time. I lay there, on my good side, as I listened to Nila's breathing behind me. She was spooning me from behind, and I loved the way her warm breath fanned over the skin of my neck. Her one arm was underneath my head and her other arm was holding me close to her around my waist.
