Months went by as the group of four went from state to state, surviving one nightmare after another. There were times when they questioned their own reasons for fighting. But they pushed forward, knowing there was a small chance of ending the chaos that had befallen the world thanks to Corbin and Haskins.
At times the bloodshed was too much. It was bad enough watching the dead eat the living. But it was even worse watching the rest of the living turn on and kill each other over such petty things. Luckily there were still some good people left in the world who offered assistance. The group had grown from four to 10. But that wouldn’t be enough to aid in what was to come in the distant future.
