Cathy stood at the register checking out customers. “Thank you, come again,” she said as the last customer of the night walked out of the door. Today had been uncommonly busy. Usually she liked the day to be busy because it made time to faster, but today she wasn’t feeling so good. She hated to be sick because she had promised Ingrid that she would go with her and some other friends that Saturday for a girls night. It was nice to finally be making friends in town and she didn’t want to cancel. She decided to take some medicine and go to bed early when she got home. Maybe she would feel better tomorrow. She checked her phone and saw a message from Mark. She hadn’t heard from him recently so she was surprised. ‘Are we still going to meet with your counselor tonight?’ Cathy was surprised
