Maya threw her suitcase into the back of Dustin’s truck and hugged Mark and then Chase. “You two will have to come to visit us next time. I hate that Mom and Dad were gone all weekend, but I’m glad we were able to spend time together.” Chase patted her arm. “I’m glad too. I will be busy for a while but send me an invitation to the mating ceremony. Maybe I can get an extra day or two to spend with you guys before the ceremony.” Maya checked her phone, “Okay. I will let you know as soon as I talk to Mom and set a date.” Mark started his car, “I haven’t heard from Josh all weekend and I don’t have a clue where he’s at. I called the neighbor to check on him and he said he checked the apartment and he wasn’t there. I love you Maya and I will call you later. You guys be safe driving back home.”
