Soraya flipped the next few pages some more, and there was nothing else. The rest of the pages were blank, and her palms had started to cool down. She did not notice that one of the pages had fallen on the floor. She was too immersed in what was going on with her. She looked at her palms in horror, not quite understanding what she was feeling.
The journal made her question several things. How could her mother live with her father after all that had happened? Was her father one of the royals who had Adrian’s mother executed?
