They had just enough food to last the winter—food for Sona Tuath that is—nothing for the towns and villages of Beaynid whose crops had been raped by Baobh’s greed and incompetent rule. Beaynid would suffer for sure. He had since found out that Baobh’s alliance with Lord Rull involved large monetary gains for him.
