ARIA POV That brief moment departed from me, Roman very nearly kicked me back from his forceful entrance. The door swung and creaked on its battered hinges; Roman entered the house purposely, his gaze fixed on oblivion. I waited for him by the door, questions crowding my mind as he walked swiftly past me, his pace quickened, his bearing aggressive. "And where are you coming from?" I asked, my voice cool and questioning, trying to find some sense of logic behind Roman's sudden entry. But Roman didn't answer; perhaps he didn't hear, or he simply ignored my question and walked straight into the house with eyes focused on some distant object.
