I look over and see that my mom's car is in the drive way.
She's back.
I really thought she had ran off for good this time.
I count to 10 in my head then I slowly enter the house.
The first thing I do is look at the couch to see that my mom isn't laying there.
Maybe she's in her room.
As for Dennis maybe he's in mines.
My legs feel like 200 pound weights as I try to find the strength to get up the stairs.
I get to my door and just stand there for a moment.
Then with caution I open the door grateful to see that my room's empty.
I walk in and drop down on the bed.
Before I can let the troubles of the day take over me something catches my eye.
