The joy of meeting Sasa, my beloved, and the anxiety and fear of what she might say filled my heart that evening as I prepared meticulously to answer her call to Hill and Valley Park.
I smiled to myself, thrilled by the thought of meeting the woman I love and eager to learn my place in her heart. Yet, at times, my face would tense up at the fear of her rejection and the possible heartache if she didn't accept me as her lover. Today, I was both excited and nervous to see her and hear from her.
With excitement, I styled my hair and dressed up, wanting to look my best. Once I was ready, I checked the time. It was just a few minutes before the late afternoon. Smiling, I picked up my phone, navigated to my contacts, and called the love of my life. The phone rang, but there was no answer. I tried calling two more times, but still, no one picked up. My heart sank, and my anxiety grew.
"Will she come? Did I just dream her call last night?" I wondered. Quickly, I checked my call log and confirmed it was indeed her who had called.
I felt a wave of weakness filled all over me. I suddenly had no energy at all.
I slipped on my shoes, grabbed my car keys, and headed to Hill and Valley. Driving slowly, I felt drained, my mind clouded with thoughts. Suddenly, my phone rang. Glancing at the screen, I saw it was her. A radiant smile spread across my face, one I didn't even realize I was made. Before answering, a surge of happiness filled me, confirming that last night's call wasn't a dream—it was her.
"Good evening, my beloved," I said, my voice filled with joy and anticipation.
"Good evening, sir. Sorry, I was with my Mum, having a little fun and discussion in her room....I am so sorry for not picking up your call on time." she replied.
"Ah, you're truly wonderful, lovely and charmer even to your Mummy and everyone in your family. You really won the hearts of many people in this world." I said in a joking mode which made her smile and remain silent for some interminable moments.
"Hmm, is that so? Where are you now?" she asked, her voice captivating and pleasant.
"Uhmm, I'm in the car, driving calmly and peacefully, on my way to answer your call, my beloved."
"Hmm, may you be there safely. I'll be there in a few minutes, just finishing up with my Mum, preparing to be there. I'll be on my way shortly, sir..." She said calmly.
"You don't really have to mind. Take your time, all this day is yours my beloved. I replied to her with a pleasant, calm voice also.
"Thank you very much sire." She said gladly.
"May you be there safely, my dear."
"Amen. See you soon. Thank you," she said before hanging up.
I felt a surge of happiness and renewed energy. With a smile on my face, I pressed the accelerator slightly harder, eager to reach Hill and Valley Park and discover my place in the heart of the one I love.
I parked the car in the parking space and turned off the engine. Sitting inside, I played a soothing song at a low volume. I gently nodded my head to the rhythm, feeling a sense of joy and contentment wash over me. The music eased my nerves, giving me a glimmer of hope that I might have a chance to win the heart of the one I love and that she might accept me as her lover.
With joy, I received her call. Smiling, I answered, greeting her warmly.
"Good evening, my beloved," I said, my voice filled with joy and anticipation.
"Good evening," she replied. "I'm at Hill and Valley Park. Where are you?"
"I'm on my way," I responded eagerly.
I stepped out of my car and headed towards Hill and Valley Park, where we usually met. She was sitting on a beautifully decorated red bench, looking stunning in her red dress, long pants, and white shoes. Her hair gleamed under the evening light, making her look like an angel on earth. Seeing her so elegantly dressed took my breath away and deepened my feelings for her.
I greeted her with excitement as I approached, and she responded with a radiant smile.
"Welcome, young man. Where were you that I arrived before you?" she asked, her voice sweet and cheerful.
I smiled back and answered, "I was waiting for you in the car park, listening to some music to pass the time."
"Hmm, it seems you were really enjoying yourself," she said, then fell silent.
She stared at me for a moment, and I found myself speechless too. We just smiled at each other for a while, a silent understanding passing between us.
Summoning some courage, I said, "You look beautiful. Who did you dress up for?"
"For the eyes of the one who asked," she replied, her smile revealing her lovely teeth and dimples. Her playful response and sparkling eyes made my heart skip a beat.
I felt a warmth in my heart and a surge of happiness. As we continued to banter, my confidence grew, and I felt even more connected to her. The evening felt magical, and I knew this was a moment I would cherish forever.
We lost ourselves in our happiness, enjoying each other's company as if we were the only two people in the world. We continued teasing each other for a long while before falling silent again.
The silence stretched on, and I took a deep breath before asking, "Would you like something to drink?"
She smiled while fiddling with her phone, then looked up and answered, "No, thank you."
"Are you sure?" I asked again.
She nodded, then returned to her phone with a serene expression.
I let out a deep breath and called her name softly, "Sasa."
She looked up, her smile stealing my heart and stunning me momentarily.
"Yes, sir," she replied in her melodious voice.
She set her phone aside, resting her chin on her hand, giving me her full attention, eager to hear what I had to say. Her eyes sparkled with curiosity and warmth, making my heart race.
I couldn't speak. I just smiled, feeling my nerves tightening with every second under her gaze. Her presence was enchanting, and I found myself lost in her eyes, feeling a connection that words couldn't describe.
